    ITALIAN STYLE CHICHEN BREASTS
    Boneless skinless chiken breasts

                                                         


3 tbsp  extra =virgin olive oil
2 tbspchopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp  dried italian herb seasoning
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp  pepper


With sharp knife held horizontally, cut each chicken breast in hall to make 2 filets, Between plastic wrap,
flatten to even Thickness.

In bowl, whisk together oil, parsley, lemon juice, italian seasoning. garlic, salt and pepper, add chicken, turning to coat. Cover and marinate for 15 minutes.

Place chicken on greased grill over medium-high heat; brush with remaining marinade. Close lid and grill, turning once, until no longer pink inside,  6 to 8  minutes. Makes 4 servings. Per serving:  about 243 cal, 31g pro. 12g total fat ( 2g sat. fat), 2 g carb, trace fibre, 79 mg chol. 359 mg sodium.% RDI:1% calcium, 6% iron, 2% vit A, 7% vit C 3% folate.
